Free shipping across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 5–7 business days. You will get a WhatsApp message from us when the tin is dispatched.

Yes. The press is at Aliabada, Jamnagar, so Jamnagar city gets free same-day delivery on orders placed before 4pm, and Rajkot city gets free next-day delivery on orders placed before 6pm. You can also collect a tin from the press in Jamnagar. Everywhere else in India goes by courier on the timings above.

We ship anywhere in India. Most of our orders go to Jamnagar, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Junagadh and the rest of Saurashtra, but there is no delivery restriction — if a courier reaches your pin code, we can send a tin there.

Yes, on all orders. You can also pay by UPI, card or net banking at checkout through Razorpay.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp at +91 78629 45045 and we will replace it. Damaged or defective tins are the one case we take back — food safety rules mean an opened or intact tin cannot be resold once it has left us, so there is no general returns programme beyond that.

Almost certainly not. Bhurasa is unfiltered, so phospholipids, natural waxes and trace minerals settle at the bottom of the tin — that is what unrefined singtel looks like. If the smell is sour or rancid rather than roasted-groundnut, that is different: send us a photo and we will replace it.
