Privacy Policy

When you order: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and delivery address, and what you ordered. If you create an account, your email address and login. If you join a waitlist, the phone number or email you give us. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles the payment.

To deliver your order, to send order and dispatch updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email, to answer your questions, and to tell you when a sold-out product is back if you asked us to.

Only the services needed to run the shop: Razorpay (payments), the courier delivering your order, Supabase (our order database), Resend (order emails) and Google Analytics (anonymous site usage). If you use the review helper, the words you type are sent to Google's Gemini AI to draft the review. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and your cart saved, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and sign-in may then not work.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete anything else — your account or waitlist entry — at any time.
